Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra
A powerful device –θήκες κινητών– capable of properly replacing your laptop, your sound system, your TV and your gaming machine, the Korean giant promised and as we found out after our test, it kept its promise to the fullest!
The Note20 series is available in two versions: the top Galaxy Note20 Ultra and the slightly cheaper Galaxy Note20. The “simple” Note20 has obviously made some compromises that, given the price range, probably lead users not to regret a little more money and resort to the Ultra model. We also dealt with it and admittedly we were surprised by the quality of its construction and the emphasis on detail that has been given by Samsung.
The end result exudes an imposing sense of luxury, with the glass harmoniously embracing the charming curves of the bilaterally curved screen. The latest Victus version of Corning Gorilla Glass shields the device and puts its stone in a result that claims the title of the most beautiful smart-phone currently on the market. The Mystic Bronze shade, in fact, with its slightly matte back makes Samsung’s flagship even more special, testifying to its “salty” cost and captivating the eyes…
S Pen: The magic wand of the Note20!
Samsung Galaxy Note20 UltraFrom the front of the package, the improved Samsung stylus “thunders” its leading role as a competitive advantage of the device. The advanced S Pen, thanks to just 9ms latency, offers a unique writing experience that made us forget that we are writing on a screen in a digital way and not with our traditional pencil. With more precision than ever before and unprecedented response with 240Hz touch sampling and 120Hz screen refresh rate, the S Pen will take your thoughts to the Note20 Ultra notebook pages in an admirable way.
Samsung Notes automatically recognizes and corrects handwriting, while allowing automatic storage and synchronization, to have everything available on your smartphone, tablet or PC. Collaboration with clients and colleagues is accelerated by annotations and annotations in PDF files and the ability to record audio along with notes proves to be a unique tool in meeting rooms or conference amphitheaters. After touching a word from the notes, you can hear the corresponding soundtrack of that moment. Additionally, the S Pen’s five new “Anywhere Actions” features make it easy to navigate, regardless of application, by simply holding down the stylus button and making the right gestures in the air with your… magic wand!
Android with Windows touches!
The affectionate relationship between Samsung and Microsoft is transformed into the enhanced Windows Connection feature, which makes it easy to access your mobile applications from the large screen of a Windows 10 PC. So you can send SMS, manage your notifications or even answer your calls from your computer. The applications do not fragment your attention, but instead are mobilized in your services. Samsung Notes syncs with Microsoft OneNote and Outlook, and Reminders syncs with Outlook, To Do, and Teams. It is easily understood that the manufacturer still prefers to promote Microsoft applications over the alternatives offered by Google, without this, of course, meaning that the user does not retain the freedom to choose any other app that serves him.
I shrunk the Xbox!
The partnership with Microsoft has been extended to the gaming virtues of the Note20, which were multifaceted anyway, thanks to the Mali-G77 MP11 GPU. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to play popular Xbox games from their smartphone via streaming directly from the cloud (beta in certain countries at the moment). AI game booster technology, sound response optimization via Bluetooth and touch sampling at 240Hz will entice even the busiest businessman to explore the exciting world of mobile gaming!
Samsung DeX: Turning your mobile into a workstation
The Note20 Ultra itself has the ability to take multitasking to the next level, allowing you to navigate from application to application in real time. However, by using the Samsung DeX platform, this experience is transformed, simulating even more that of using a full desktop computer, as it provides the possibility of wireless connection to Smart TV, with parallel management of both screens.
